An exciting hands-on experience with savours, flavours, dough consistences, sauces, in the beautiful traditional kitchen of our Historical Tuscan Manor-House nearby San Gimignano, historical fortress of great cultural value mentioned in the Italian literature textbooks.
Groups are small, up 8 students, so that everyone gets a chance to try their skills in making hand-made fresh tagliatelle, cook a healthy and tasty seasonal sauce and prepare a typical Tuscan “crostone”.
Weather permitting, you will pick aromatic herbs and the vegetables for the delicious fresh sauce directly in the organic garden, where you will be introduced to the self produced saffron DOP and extra virgin olive oil. This experience will fulfill your passion for authenticity, enjoying your self-cooked lunch in the convivial atmosphere of the charming dining room or under gazebo in the garden in front of San Gimignano spectacular skyline.

COOKING CLASS DETAIL

Start: Mornings at 11,00 (on previous request Afternoons)

Lenght: 2/3 hours cooking time and a convivial meal with drinks included
