As soon as you enter in this ancient restaurant you'll believe to be in the Medieval Age.. The restaurant has two cozy dining areas. The first is within a section of the medieval tower, with it's original stone walls. The second dining area and the kitchen are located in what was the original courtyard, which was covered in the 1500s in order to create the existing residential building. Remains of the old well from wich the residents drew their water are still visible. At Cinghiale Bianco, the professionalism and warmth of our servers are supported by an efficient, high qaulity kitchen staff. Chef Mauro Consolati had been at the helm since 1966, creating, overseeing and guiding his staff with his great knowledge of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Our robust dishes are accompanied by the best Tuscan wines, chosen with care  by our resident wine expert, Pietro Di Pinto. Cinghiale Bianco is a characteristic spot, complete with romantic corners, niches in brick and stone which especially in the evening candlelight, create a suggestive ambiance, which is preferable to book in advance.
